House refurbishment, Barna, Co Galway, IRELAND
After a series of extensions over a period of more than thirty years, this project is a proposal to rearrange the primary cooking, dining & living spaces of an existing house to take advantage of panoramic views over Galway Bay and beyond to the hills of Clare, and to increase the main spaces exposure to southern light through a series of light shafts.
