Masterplan

This is a Masterplan & Phase 01 proposal for a new creative community in the heart of the midlands. The proposal is based on a series of connections between existing site conditions and a wider context of the client's existing projects.

Phase 01 (the Hive) proposes a 'gate lodge'. The Hive is conceived of as a consular office, to establish a physical presence on and to engage with the site.

The Masterplan is not considered as a finite proposal in its own right, rather a primer framework.
