Garden pavilion & house refurbishment, Blackrock, Co Dublin, IRELAND
A new garden-wall pavilion is proposed to accomodate a growing family.
As opposed to extending the original home, the new single storey building hugs the existing garden walls and turns to face the sun and a newly formed sunken garden.
New cooking, dining & living spaces are provided, while the existing house is refurbished to allow for enlarged bedrooms and a study/ library.
